Wholesale Terms

1. Ordering

All orders are processed through our sales team. Please submit an inquiry via our contact form or email us at oasisplanter.info@gmail.com. Orders are confirmed only after both parties agree on product specifications, pricing, and delivery terms.

2. Pricing & MOQ

Pricing is quoted per item and varies based on material, size, finish, and order quantity. Minimum order quantities (MOQ) are listed on each product page. Custom designs may have different MOQ requirements.

3. Payment Terms

Standard payment terms are 30% deposit upon order confirmation, with the balance due before shipment. We accept wire transfer (T/T). Other payment arrangements may be available for established accounts.

4. Quality Guarantee

All products undergo quality inspection before shipment. We are BSCI-certified and follow ISO quality standards. If you receive defective goods, please notify us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence. We will provide replacements or credit at our discretion.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide via sea freight (FCL/LCL) or air freight. Delivery times depend on order size, customization, and destination. Typical lead times are 25-45 days after order confirmation. See our Shipping Policy for more details.
