Quality Guarantee

At OASIS PLANTER, quality is not a promise – it is our standard. Every product that leaves our facility has been through a rigorous quality control process built on over two decades of manufacturing experience.

1. Our Quality Standards

All products are manufactured in compliance with international quality and safety standards. We work with certified raw material suppliers and conduct in-house testing at every stage of production to ensure consistency and durability.

  • ISO 9001-certified production processes
  • REACH and CE compliance for applicable product categories
  • Strict dimensional and weight tolerance checks
  • Colorfastness and UV resistance testing for outdoor products

2. Pre-Shipment Inspection

Before every shipment, our quality control team conducts a full pre-shipment inspection covering:

  • Visual inspection: surface finish, color consistency, glazing defects
  • Dimensional inspection: size, weight, and CBM accuracy
  • Structural inspection: stress test, drainage hole integrity
  • Packaging inspection: carton strength, foam padding, labeling accuracy

For orders above 1,000 pcs, we provide a pre-shipment inspection report upon request. Third-party inspection by SGS, Bureau Veritas, or your appointed inspector is also welcome.

3. Defect & Damage Policy

We take full responsibility for manufacturing defects. Our policy is as follows:

  • Defect rate threshold: We guarantee a defect rate of no more than 1.5% per shipment.
  • If the defect rate exceeds 1.5%, we will offer one of the following resolutions at our discretion: replacement units in the next shipment, partial refund, or credit toward future orders.
  • Damage caused by improper handling, storage, or use after delivery is not covered under this guarantee.
  • Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the cargo arrival date, supported by photographic evidence.

4. Packaging Standards

We understand that safe delivery is part of quality. All products are packed to withstand standard ocean freight conditions:

  • Individual inner packaging: foam wrap, bubble wrap, or EPE foam (product dependent)
  • Outer carton: 5-layer corrugated cardboard, rated for stacking loads
  • Moisture-resistant lining for ceramic and clay products
  • Custom packaging available for OEM/ODM orders

5. Sample Policy

We strongly recommend ordering samples before placing bulk orders. This allows you to verify product quality, dimensions, and packaging firsthand.

  • Standard samples: available at sample cost + shipping
  • Pre-production samples for OEM/ODM orders: provided before mass production begins
  • Sample lead time: 5–7 business days

6. Continuous Improvement

Customer feedback is central to our quality improvement process. We track defect reports, packaging failures, and customer complaints systematically and use this data to improve our manufacturing and QC procedures on an ongoing basis.
